Schrock Realty Group (SRG) is the newest addition to the Schrock family of businesses. We are a FULL SERVICE Real Estate Company. Whether you’re a first time home buyer, investor, empty nester or anyone in-between, we are here to help with your real estate transaction from start to finish.

SRG will offer the same commitment to service and integrity that is expected from all of the Schrock companies. With over 37 years of experience in the housing industry, our goal is to provide every customer with complete and total satisfaction. Schrock Realty Group is a member of the Elkhart County Board of Realtors (ECBOR), Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Because of these associations we are held to a Code of Ethics that is right in line with our company standards.

We are also members of the Elkhart County Multiple List Service (MLS). This service provides us and our customers access to property listings throughout Elkhart County, Kosciusko County, St. Joe County, Noble County and Lagrange County in Indiana.

While the principal broker is Adlai Schrock his colleague, Karen Galloway, is the Managing Broker in charge of the day-to-day operations. She has been representing buyers and sellers in the real estate market in and around Elkhart County since 2002. SRG also has two additional experienced agents on our team to provide you with top notch service. Rhonda Banta has been a licensed agent since 2004 and with Schrock Realty Group for the past three years. Rhonda has a wealth of knowledge of the local condo market and is a great asset to Schrock Realty Group. The newest addition to the team is Karen Goheen. Karen came to us with her Associate Broker’s license and over ten years of real estate experience. She has obtained her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and was a Fine Home Specialist at her prior brokerage. Combined we offer over 55 years of experience.
