Schrock Realty Group (SRG) is the newest division of our award-winning company which has been serving the Goshen, Indiana, and surrounding communities for 35 years.

Under the leadership of Adlai Schrock, our president, the company has built over 1400 residences in the area, many of them in planned communities developed by Schrock Homes.

SRG is a member of the Elkhart County Board of Realtors, an affiliation which will provide both buyers and sellers access to all Elkhart County real estate listings.

While the principal broker of SRG is Adlai Schrock, his colleague, Kelly Holaway, a Goshen native and 1980 graduate of Ball State University, is in charge of day-to-day operations. Kelly recently returned to Indiana after seven years’ residence in Florida, where he was involved in real estate sales and investing.
